Villa Arden Hills, Sacramento

My stay at Arden Hills was a blend of beautiful facilities and frustrating service. The hotel is stunning with impressive athletic areas, but the management really dropped the ball, leaving me feeling disappointed overall. While the setting is tranquil and the spa offers great massages, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience with service and communication, which were seriously lacking.

The spa services were a highlight, providing excellent relaxation experiences, but the check-in process and staff miscommunication really put a damper on my overall impression. The location is peaceful and ideal for a getaway, and the room quality is impressive, which makes me consider returning if improvements are made.
